REGRINDING

Back when we were founded in 1962, Rite-Way’s primary focus was tool restoration and maintenance.

To the present day, a large portion of our daily volume is still invested in regrinding precision cutting tools.

Regrinding is the process by which tools are sharpened, reconditioned, and restored to their original specifications after regular use. Through the regrinding process, your tools are made like new. Typically, a precision cutting tool is able to be refurbished in this way up to 4-5 times. By regrinding a tool instead of purchasing new tools, you save up to 3-4 times the cost of each tool!

Our average turnaround time is 14 days so you can keep your line running without production losses while your tools are at the shop. Our regrinding standards are no different from the ISO 9001 standards we adhere to in every other area of our business. We use the latest technology and the most stringent quality assurance protocols to ensure your tools meet our high standards of quality and consistency.
